Product description

This concrete hook works on hard-surface walls like concrete, cement, cinder block, thin plaster over concrete, soft smooth brick, soft stone and hardwood.

To install, take a hammer and tap the pins simultaneously until they’re flush against the wall. Wall surface must be smooth so that the hook is in full contact with the wall.

When using, make sure the weight of the object pulls straight down on the hook(parallel to the wall). Doing this ensures the built-in pins on the hook are driven straight (90°) into the wall. Any outward pull on the hook will compromise its’ holding power.

Spatial context is relevant to an enormous amount of questions, problems and decisions. Maps and cartographic communication processes are keys for enabling humans to deal with this context in an efficient way.
The four semester Cartography M.Sc. programme starts every year in winter semester (October) and will enrol up to 25 students from all over the world. Language of instruction is English. The full-time programme awards a total of 120 ECTS.
With a high concentration of scientific competence, the programme is outstanding not only in Europe. The four involved universities complement each other to provide an exceptional programme with excellent job employment prospects in this interdisciplinary field.
During the first semester at Technische Universität München, students are provided with the foundations of cartography and geovisualization.
Students are taught in mobile and 3D cartography during the third semester at TU Dresden. The Alpine Cartography Field School is part of this semester.
In the second semester at Technische Universität Wien, students get knowledge in multimedia cartography, especially web mapping, mobile internet and location-based services.
Online modules prepared by the University of Twente (ITC) are incorporated into the curriculum during the first and third semester. Additionally, ITC is responsible for the organization of the fourth semester.
